What inspired REWOLUTION?

Long before the feminist movement had its first stirrings during the French Revolution, there were women of great power, intelligence, and the authority to change the world; an achievement that has double merit, considering the era in which many of them lived.

The example of these women demonstrated a break from the social mold imposed by the ruling classes and the political, royal, or ecclesiastical authorities of the time: the notion that women were subordinate to the power of men. Rewolution is inspired by the French Revolution and adapted to the present day. It's a call for equal rights in all aspects.

Abortion, interracial relationships, sex outside of marriage, erotic and pornographic films, sex parties, family planning, and above all, easy access to different contraceptive methods have plunged us headlong into the sexual revolution. One that, now more than ever, has women at the forefront.
