How do I use it?

3. Apply the INTIMIC CLEANER sterilizer and let the cup dry.
4. Apply a little water-based lubricant before the first insertion; it will make insertion easier.
5. It is recommended to find the most comfortable position for easy insertion.
6. Hold the cup with your fingers and compress it to the lowest possible position and insert it obliquely into the vagina towards the back; the placement of a vaginal cup is lower than a tampon.
7. After inserting it into the vagina, release it and let it unfold; it will automatically adapt to the vaginal wall.
