Instructions:

Remove all oils and creams from your skin. Once you've done this, pat your skin dry with a towel. Loosen the front closure of the round lace bra and remove the protective film. Then, place the cups on your breasts. Gently press the adhesive cups onto your skin to smooth them and ensure optimal support. Pull down on both laces together while sliding the front closure upward.
